The cabins are small, so don't ignore the descriptions. They're a place to sleep and keep your stuff. That's by design. “My husband and I stayed here with our pup and had a wonderful time! We wanted a break from the city where we would be in total peace and seclusion, and this place really delivered. The home is so thoughtfully decorated - it was the perfect blend of modernity and classic log cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need, including spices and kitchen staples. We were very impressed with all of the lighting and how all of the switches are clearly labeled. I particularly enjoyed……

“We had a great stay! For the price, you can't beat it having lake front rental with kayaks. Nice views of the lake. Very peaceful. 15-40mins away from great hiking. It was private; sometimes we heard neighbors, but rarely. House on a main road and would hear road noise, but if no cars passing, then it was quiet. We used the kayaks, and I brought my paddleboard. Life jackets were provided. There were a lot of lily pads and the pictures must be older. On the small lake, there was a trail……
