Perfect for overnight stay in Bethune. Lovely room with excellent shower, secure parking on site and delicious and plentiful breakfast. All staff were attentive and helpful. Can’t ask for much more!

Great stay

Very good stay, nice hotel. Great parking & electric car charging too, although only two spaces. Very helpful staff and nice bar/food area. Only problem was no baby cott, so had to improvise. But again good stay and good value

Loved everything about the hotel. We received such a warm and friendly welcome from the staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Great location for the station and walking into the town square for the Christmas market. Lovely restaurants across the road - including Le Bistro Gourmand right opposite. Highly recommend this hotel and we definitely intend to return.

Room was possibly slightly too hot, couldn't work out control for the air conditioning, probably more my mistake due to being absolutely shattered. Staff were extremely polite and helpful, good selection of breakfast. Well located for an overnight stop if leaving England the evening before a long trip.

Excellent newish hotel with parking which is almost unheard of for a town centre.(10 euros extra). Clean and very central. No tea/coffee making facilities or water in room which I have never encountered in recent years.

Fantastic, welcoming, very friendly staff

Service was excellent from start to finish. The gentleman that greeted us was efficient and throughout our stay helped the other staff with english translation. We could not fault him, I just wish we had asked his name to add his name to this review, he was on duty every day we were staying at the hotel. The food available for breakfast was fantastic, tasty and so much choice. The meals in the evening was also delicious. The hotel is 1 minute from the train station. There is a car park avaiable for 10 euros per day. We would absolutely recommend this hotel & will definitely be staying their again

Hotel fine, be aware of location.

Hotel is exactly as you’d expect from an Ibis. It is a practical place to sleep. As the name makes clear it is right by the station. That is not a pleasant area and is at least a 15 minute walk from the beautiful centre of Bethune.
