Room was clean. Check in was wonderful. Parking was ample. WOuld have given a 10, but the walls were a little thin--I could hear the guy next door snoring and a TV in the distance.

We loved our tent, but it was in need of some repairs. There was wood that needed to be nailed/screwed so it was squeaking in the wind all night. We used a towel to wedge and mostly stop the noise.
