“The property is really wonderful. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean, the beds are comfortable, as are the gathering spaces, the owner is extremely accommodating, and the view is hard to beat. We were one step away from a perfect stay as there had been a pet in the apartment prior to our visit, and this triggered one of our party's allergies. Once her medication kicked in, everyone was quite happy with our stay and would gladly return.”

“Our group of couples + kids enjoyed our getaway to the Eastern Shore. Betterton was a great home base to visit our alma mater, Washington College, in Chestertown. There, we visited the farmers market and waterfront park & playground with the kids. Back in Betterton, the house fit our group well. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space for each family. The kids & adults enjoyed spending time lounging in the third floor living room. We were pleased that the house had plenty of games, kids toys,……

“Had an excellent time at this beautiful and secluded property on the Chester River. Although very private and a lot of outside space to roam, we were still very close to all that Chestertown has to offer. So, it was the best of both worlds. Plenty of amazing scenery and wildlife to enjoy around the property, and Beth is an excellent communicator. If you're a wine drinker, check out a number of close-by wineries like: Casa Carmen, Bu-De, Broken Spoke and Crow Vineyards. Would highly recommend……
