“My wife and I booked this Cozy Rusty Cottage as our Christmas gifts to each other and had a lovely stay despite the rainy and warm weather. The hosts were very clear with communication and gave lots of instructions and rules regarding the visit. We enjoyed the hot tub, the view of the river in the backyard and the fireplace inside the cabin. It was very private, peaceful and romantic. We are interested in renting this cabin in the summer to take advantage of the water sports available!”

“This place is just as advertised. Clean, quaint, serene. We were impressed right from the start. Exactly what we were looking for, and Kyle was super responsive to all questions. We extended our stay because we didn't want to leave. They've done a great job providing a place with the perfect combination of rustic cottage and contemporary amenities. “I drove out all the way from Utah to spend 2 weeks at this lovely location with my boyfriend. We had a wonderful time enjoying the nearby woods, relaxing by the pond, and driving to the nearby towns and sights! Property Highlights: • Near the road so it’s easy to find, but far enough back from it to be private • Wildlife! Birds, bunnies, frogs, turtles, squirrels, deer, and moose! The frogs serenaded us the whole time • Host was easy to contact about a fallen tree that was cleared the next……

“Great host! Loved our time. The cabin has a loft to sleep so my partner & I slept comfortably. There was a fridge, freezer, bbq , & fire fit we had access to. Central to Lindsay, Fennelon Falls, & Bobcageon so there everything you need is right there.”

“This was our first time traveling as a family of 5 and this property was perfect. Our older kids spent hours fishing off the dock, the baby had lots of safe play space, and there is lots of space to relax for the adults. My husband was able to launch his boat very nearby, it was only a 2 minute drive to the marina. Gorgeous area. Daniel is an amazing host and always there to help with anything, anytime. Highly recommend you scoop up this gem, if you can!”

“We stayed at the cottage over Easter wknd and had an absolutely lovely time. It was chilly outside but so cozy and warm indoors. We got out for a few hikes and played along the river's edge, had a few campfires and enjoyed the supply of boardgames and dvds. We hope to come back again soon. Maybe next time in warmer weather so we can play in the river!”

“Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Had questions before booking and after, owners replied back almost immediately. When arriving they messaged to check in I got in okay and to let them know if I had any other questions. It’s October so it’s cold the screen room was perfect for space of 9 people to be able to see the beautiful view, relax and stay warm. Each room had its own temperature for each guest to adjust to their liking. Lots of space, and accommodation for a great price in comparison……

“The cottage is in a good location, although the property is not large. Summer time would offer more 'outdoor' space. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table and downstairs living area, as well as the spacious living room. Seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the counter. Stairs to second level and basement are circular and could be hard to navigate for some. Open concept to upper level. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly and positively to our……

“This was a lovely find on a Lake Simcoe canal system. The staff was lovely and knowledgeable. Our room was renovated 70's retro, and very clean, with lots of room for sitting, lots of drawers, large closet and basic hotel kitchen amenities. The bathroom was nice and clean. It is an eco-friendly location, and we enjoyed staying there very much! Thank you”
