「The view from the property can only be described as AMAZING. The surrounding environment was so peaceful and tranquil. The daily evening performance by the staff made us feel so welcomed. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. However, I cannot say the same of the staff at the check in counter. It was a pity that they were not warm or friendly. 」

「Hotel location, service is excellent. Nice garden, flowers. Punakha valley is awesome from this resort. Very nice view from room and balcony. Food is costly. There is not much option to eat nearby. Also for my case Hotel reception was not aware about my booking, they didn't get any intimation from hotels.com regarding my booking. Luckily I had the mail chain for confirmation.」

「不丹人都很nice，前台服务员服务周到。可以远远的看到大佛，床挺舒服，洗澡是浴缸，设计不合理，水会在浴缸两侧流到地上，WIFI速度较慢。只要住在市中心晚上应该都能听到狗叫声，对狗叫声比较敏感的建议带耳塞。不过房费很便宜，也不能要求太多，总之还是比较满意。」

「This hotel is non-existent (the local guide said that it has been converted into a school since covid) and we only found out when we arrived at night and the property was closed with no one around. Hotels.com still took our money... and refused to refund despite many attempts to explain the situation.」
