Large apartment of 94m2 between the Saint Charles district and the Avenue de la Marne in the center of Biarritz 10 minutes from the Miramar Beach, the Grande Plage and the Hotel du Palais.

Ideal for a family with 4 children and for one or two couples for a romantic holiday but also with friends, the apartment is composed of two large rooms of 30 and 20 m2. The living room of 40 m2 has an open kitchen.

Four beautiful beds 140x190 united or separated depending on the room and a large bathroom with bath and Italian shower complete this apartment with refined decoration ART DECO.

The two reserved parking spaces free in the park of the Residence, former hotel of the Termes are a more indispensable.

Mooi appartement in historisch gebouw. Prima parkeerplaats, al staan er stonden toen wij er waren (hoogseizoen) veel auto’s geparkeerd waardoor het toch wat lastig manoeuvreren was.

We loved staying in this apartment. Great size for our family and the location was really good too. Very nice apartment!! There was a little mix up with the keys checking in, but Marie was very apologetic and got us in the apartment as fast as she could. I would rate this place a 10 out of 10!!!!

wow ... a super clean, modern flat in the historic district! Steps away for restaurants, stores and all the conveniences you need. Maria is super responsive and attends to all the details with charm and grace. We have used VRBO for years and this is one of our favorite spots!

Très bel appartement. Mobilier et literie haut de gamme ! Ça change des matelas que l on trouve trop souvent dans les locations. Attention pour les familles avec des petites mains d enfants : faut rien salir ! 😉. Bémol simple vitrage mais plutôt calme.
