Apartment ideally located in a residential area, green and quiet, the beach on foot (600m), the Golf de Biarritz-Le Phare, shops and restaurants in the nearby Saint Charles district, 10 minutes from the city center.
Very comfortable, it is fully equipped and fitted upscale, in perfect condition because refurbished in 2017
In a luxury wooded residence, T2 of 52 m2 on the 3rd floor out of 4, with elevator, very bright. Numbered parking space available.
The apartment overlooks a small, very quiet park. The residence is secure (Beep) and away from the street.
Large covered terrace along the whole apartment with table and chairs, open view of the park. Fully equipped kitchen
Living room opening onto the large terrace, with new BZ sofa bed 2 places 160x190, new Simmons mattress of excellent quality, very good comfort (thickness 15 cm).
Bedroom with large new bed (180x200) which can be separated into two 90 cm beds, new Merinos mattress of excellent quality and very comfortable (thickness 27 cm), overlooks the balcony. Large storage cabinet.
Bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC.
Wifi - TV + lots of entertainment: card games, board games, books ...
Bus stop in front of the building.
Miscellaneous: non-smoking accommodation. Animals are not allowed.
Optional: Sheets package: € 10 for a 90x200 bed, € 20 for a 180X200 bed, € 20 for the BZ 160X200. Towels (one large and one small + bath mat): € 8. Tea towels (2): € 3

The apartment is exactly as described and pictured, light, well appointed, well located in the quiet and charming area of St, Charles in easy walking distance to the beach and centre and spotlessly clean. The proprietors were very helpful and responsive throughout and were extremely accommodating and gracious when there was a mishap with our booking dates. Their local agent was also very welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the apartment.

Proche de toutes les commodités et 15 mins à pied de la plage mais terrasse sur cour donc très bruyante. Les voisins claquaient des mains à chaque pleur d’enfant alors que certains mettent le téléphone à fond jusque très tard ou hurlent jusqu’à 4h du matin. Attention aux moustiques également très présent en août !

Appartement bien situé 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville . Apparemment propre , seul bemol pour nous le tapis au sol dans la pièce principale et la chambre a coucher. Jolie terrasse tres bien située, soleil le latin et ombre l'après-midi donc top top Malgre que notre séjour à ete sous le signe de la grisaille et des orages , 2 jours sur 8 de soleil !!!! Mais la meteo est la seule chose que nous ne pouvons pas changer. Des propriétaires à l'écoute , sympathiques.

Un logement très propre, très bien situé, très agréable et hyper calme!!! Balcon couvert, pratique pour la pluie occasionnelle. Un parking privé: indispensable à Biarritz Tout le centre ville accessible à pied. On a aussi adoré le quartier. Commerces accessibles le soir au retour de la plage. Accès directs pour sortir de la ville pour les visites. Et des propriétaires toujours joignables. Que du bonheur.

Appartement très pratique, le séjour est l équivalent d une deuxième chambre car il y a une porte. Le balcon est aussi très pratique car il est accessible de la chambre, du séjour et de la cuisine. Appartement très pratique pour aller à la plage. C est un peu plus long pour aller en centre ville à pied mais c est aussi très rapide pour sortir de la ville en voiture.
