  • You will be seduced by the view and the situation of the Studio on the first line, a large bay window overlooking the ocean, the Spanish coast, direct access to the mythical beach of the Côte des Basques. With Kitchenette equipped with nine, combi oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, bathroom, washing machine. The living room consists of a sitting area with two armchairs, coffee table, desk corner, bluetooth radio, wifi access. A bike room is at your disposal and a cycle hire is in the street. The most commercial street of Biarritz is at the back of the residence and free shuttles to access other beaches and other neighborhoods at 50m ..

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Biarritz (à pied) et ses alentours (voiture ou bicyclette). Le studio n'est pas grand mais suffisant pour un court séjour. Geneviève est sympathique et disponible.

Ein kleines ,aber feines,liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem was für den Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin kümmert sich fürsorglich und äußerst zuvorkommend. Die Lage, mit Blick über Cote de Basques, ist perfekt. Sehr kurze Wege zu Bäcker, Strand, Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Biarritz was amazing great views from the apartment; plenty places for eating; the beaches were clean, peaceful or busy your choice. The apartment could have been improved with fresh towels and two sets of keys.

j'ai passé un très agréable séjour à Biarritz.Cest une villedans laquelle on se sent bien une ambiance particulièreque l'on ne retrouve nulle part ailleurs.C'est pourquoi on devient très vite addict.de très jolies promenades avec la mer et la montagne .Le studio est très clair et fonctionneltout est réuni pour de superbes vacances.On y revientavec grand plaisir

Phenomenal location and view! The Appartement has everything that is needed for a great holiday. We loved it. (But if you want to sleep with the window open, you should habe a sound sleep or use earplugs because there is a street underneath which is quiet during the night, but frequented in the evening and morning hours)

Emplacement parfait pour ce jolie petit studio

l'emplacement est vraiment parfait avec une belle vue sur l'océan et juste au dessus de la plage de basque. Tout est à proximité à pied (magasin, restaurant, boulangerie, carrefour city…). Geneviève à pu nous avoir une place dans le parking fermé de l'immeuble pour 5€/jour et nous n'avons pas touché à la voiture durant tout le séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Das Apartment befindet sich in der 1. Etage eines mehrgeschossigen Wohnhaus. Die Ausstattung war gut und die Beschreibungen passten zur Realität. Das Beste war der Meerblick, einmalig. Vor dem Haus führt eine Straße lang, das kann schon mal etwas lauter sein, insbesondere bei offenem Fenster. Die Fenster waren allerdings sehr gut schall-isoliert.Insgesamt würden wir das Objekt jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Geweldig uitzicht, maar aan drukke straat.

Genoten van het uitzicht en de ligging van het appartement. Vlak bij zee, centrum, winkels.Het appartement zelf kan wel een kleine opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Ligging t.o.v. strand en centrum is prima. Alles beloopbaar qua afstand. Vanaf het strand naar het appartement is wel een flinke klim. Het appartement ligt wel aan een heel drukke weg, dus ramen dicht in avond en nacht. Geen airco dus dan erg warm in de zomer. Geen balkon.

Vue sur l'océan magnifique

Geneviève a été très accueillante et disponible suite à nos demandes. l'appartement est bien situé entre océan et centre ville. Idéal pour se déplacer à pieds.Il aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement au niveau aspect général. Attention toutefois à l'espace cuisine qui est exigu et il n'est pas évident de cuisiner sur les plaques .Il manque aussi quelques ustensiles de cuisinel'appartement est situé au 1er étage et la route est passante mais pour nous en hiver cela ne nous a pas gêné.

Genevieve must have had her friends review her place because no ocean view can make up for the 24/7 outrageously noisy location. You will not sleep. The building is very poorly maintained peeling paint and dirty. The chair was broken, the elevator broken, the blinds broke and she blamed and charged us (they were very old),the towels had bleach stains, the kitchen was awful. Don’t stay here

très bonne communication avec la propriétaire.la vue sans vis a vis sur l'océan est époustanflante .le studio est très bien équippé et la docaration est fine, élégante et légère. l'accès direct à la fois au centre ville et à la mer font de cet endroit un emplacement très privilégié. Emplacement idéal

Studio bien équipé, idéalement placé près du centre ville, et avec une vue sur la mer et les surfeurs, dont on ne se lasse pas. Un peu de circulation sous la baie vitrée, mais cela ne gêne pas vraiment. Un accueil très sympathique de notre hôt. Nous recommandons tout à fait.

Merveilleux

Appartement propre, lumineux, calme et pratique avec tout ce qu’il faut. La vue est incroyable, l’endroit idéal entre le centre-ville et les promenades au bord de l’océan. Geneviève est une super hôte, flexible et pleine de bons conseils. J’ai passé un super séjour et ne peux que recommander cet appartement !
