Really helpful staff, and room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After breakfast we were offered the bill when we explained our reservation included breakfast. It would seem this is an ongoing issue as staff explained they don’t include it but are struggling with Expedia to remove. The owner though didn’t charge us, and although a little awkward to have had the conversation both staff and owner were very lovely in getting it resolved. I would return, but the position on the inclusion of breakfast has to be resolved.

On website it said breakfast included also through the Expedia website but when we went to order breakfast we were told it wasn’t included. We were checking out on a Monday morning which I may add is 10am only to discover the Plough is closed hence no breakfast. We had a 2 night stay and our towels or bin wasn’t changed in fact no housekeeping. As I result there wasn’t enough loo roll disappointed with food as only light snacks available when we arrived around 2.30

Great location for Bicester Village. Extremely short walk from train station. Room clean and incredibly comfortable. Check in is at the bar and it was no problem, staff v helpful.

Property was great. Welcoming staff, great food. Only slight issue was that Expedia hadn’t communicated with the property about the breakfast inclusion. Not a problem for us, the staff were really helpful, but not great from Expedia.

I booked the small room and was surprised how spacious and comfortable it is. It’s a very old building, room is well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast delivered to room each morning was convenient and delicious.

Great pub, great breakfast. Room quite small and cosy but more than adequate for an overnight stay, plenty of piping hot water, a good shower and big fluffy towels. Both plug sockets either side of the bed also had usb charge points. I would happily stay here again.

Excellent place to stay.

Our stay at The Plough was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a wide range of bar snacks and food. The meal we had at the restaurant, and breakfast were first class. But the most amazing experience was the wonderful service we had from Sean and the rest of the team. It was a brilliant stay and we can't wait to go back.

All good free parking 2 min walk into town were other pubs with sky for football restaurants shops etc room very clean room 5 a bit compact but fine Service was excellent from the bar staff and breakfast staff breakfast was severed from 8 but because i needed to be away let me have mine at 7 30 am reallly good Pub downstairs cosy and with a wide range of food and beer i would stay again thank you

Positive overnight stay.

Although the room was on the small side it still had everything I needed for my stay and there's always the bar downstairs to spend time in. The room was cool both day and night which was great, especially given the really high temperature outside this week. Breakfast was really good and the staff so helpful. I would stay again when I'm in the area next.
