"I had a few questions when checking in. The host was fast when replying to my questions & a phone call that made everything very simple. The bed was comfortable, it was nice that linens & towels were provided, a few less things that we didn’t need to bring. Beach view perfect and refreshing to take a swim after beach time. We hope to return again. Thank you to the hosts!!"

"West of Eden was a great place for our growing family! Change is hard and finding the right place to stay for a week can be challenging...but Colton and his family made it so easy! The house was perfect. Even though it is a duplex, you never have that feeling. It was extremely clean. Beds are comfy and the family room was cozy! The big family table was perfect for family meals and game time. Thank you Colton! See you next year!"

"This property was perfect for our extended family! There are plenty of beds and sleeping arrangements. Being directly beachfront with our own path to the beach was the best part of all. Sitting on the deck was just about the same as sitting on the beach!! The swim spa was also amazing! Highly recommend!"

"The house was perfect for our family. A short walk to the beach with beach views right from the home. The backyard pool area was also a great set up with plenty of seating for our large group.Probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a beach rental and the kitchen had everything we needed and more!"
