"Overall, we had a great stay. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for.our gamily.of 8 was perfect. Beautiful view and spectacular beach with few people! The biggest issues experienced were a lot of high dust, dead flies that were not cleaned out of window sills, and underneath and behind furniture not cleaned well. Also.the drains in two of the bathroom sinks didn’t drain pripe."

"Definitely the nicest house we have ever stayed in. Had everything we would need and more. Pool was chilly but still able to use. Bedrooms were spacious even though there were lots of beds in most of the rooms.TV’s in every room and having Roku and YouTube TV was nice. Each bedroom having a bathroom was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Lots and lots of beach chairs, toys and floats. Loved being able to bring our dog. Quiet end of the beach in a gated community made it extra nice. Definitely coming back. "

"Great location and large decks with a lot of seating area. House was well equipped. It was the best equipped kitchen that I have seen in my 10 years of renting on Holden! Nice long private walkway to the beach. Large living space. Exceptionally clean. Not noted in the write up was that there is an extra fridge, beach chairs, beach toys and 2 bikes in the storage area. This house is perfect for a large group. "

"This was a great location. The house fit all of our needs! The check in process was easy. We do a lot of cooking since we are a large group and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We did bring our own Spices and were glad we did. There are plenty of bathrooms up and down. The back deck was my favorite feature it had plenty of chairs and the picnic table was great too. Our family definitely wants to stay there again next year. Holden is one of our favorite places to go. "

"From beginning to end the rental company was in constant contact with us! I had an amazing experience with them. Even on Thursday they had arranged an Ice Cream Truck to visit all the rentals. Very nice touch!! They gave us excellent dinner recommendations. As for the house top notch we had never been to Holden Beach and we all fell in love with the quite tranquil setting. We are definitely coming back was a beautiful beach and the house was nicely located on the beach so everyone could enjoy both the views as well as the beach access. Thank you to all for an amazing vacation!!"

"Well furnished, new construction house across the street from the beach. Elevator was nice on check-in/out days. We really liked the small canal dock and shaded porches. "
