Lazy Bear Chalet is a luxurious cozy mountain getaway! With all the great things this cozy getaway has to offer you will find yourself completely relaxed and enjoying every moment of your time, From the kid's games and pool table inside, to the cornhole and Spa in the back yard. This home has 3-bed rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a full bed with the bathroom right across the hall. Bedroom 3 is upstairs with 3 single beds for the kiddos. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs from pots and pans to seasonings and oil. Huge dining table for your entire family plus a bar to seat 4. The back yard has a propane BBQ, cornhole, a Spa with seating and lights to sit back and enjoy some family time.

~No loud Noise after 10 pm
~Rental agreement must be signed prior to check in date.
~No renters under the age 21.
~No smoking indoors
~Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported.
~Firewood is not provided for guest use.
~Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided)
~If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee
~No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa.
~IT IS BEST TO SHOWER BEFORE YOU USE THE SPA
~ Any lotions, oils, hairspray, sunscreen on your body could turn the water and make it unusable.
~If the spa needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee.
~Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only.
~Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
~ When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check-in at the property.
