Holiday Inn Resort The Lodge At Big Bear Lake by IHG
I arrive to Check in at 9:00pm, nobody in the counter until 9:30 or 9:45, many people waiting, my room , no water in the Toilet, and the chimney never turn on, thank god only one night. Never come back, I thin Motel 6 is better of that.
