Anniversary getaway
This was a quant little cabin in the big bear mountains nice and cozy for a couple. The living room and bedroom were nice and comfortable and the bathroom was nice and modern. The only problem we had was with the small apartment sized refrigerator. We noticed it wasn’t very cold and there was a panel inside with what looked like a screen that had a power button on it and when pressed nothing would happen. We called the office and they stated everything was good to go so we took their word for it and gave it the night to cool down our handful of groceries. The next morning we checked the fridge/freezer and both were same temp as each other and had not gotten colder overnight. It continued to stay the same temperature the next three days so by the second morning our groceries were spoiled. Enjoyed the overall comfort and size but disappointed with the lack of help figuring out our refrigerator situation.

The cabin was cute and cozy. We love big bear. The property management company never responded to any of my messages prior to arrival. Had issues with the flute to the fireplace which was not fun and had the alarm blasting for a good hour. A hotel would have been much nicer of a stay for a romantic getaway.

We loved our stay in this adorable warm cabin!! I highly recommend this place.
The king sized bed was extremely comfortable- the linens were high quality!

Quaint Cabin with Jacuzzi
We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is very small with a mini fridge, but it's perfect for our 2 night stay.
Pros:
- Great location
- Jacuzzi
- Comfortable couch/bed with TV streaming services
- Good size for 1 - 2 people max
Cons:
- Didn't provide extra towels for jacuzzi so we brought our own (was told beforehand to prepare) but just more to pack while on vacation
- No cell phone reception, but good WiFi
- Hot water ran out after 1 short shower
- REQUIRES you to do the dishes (hand wash, dry and put away), take out all the trash to designated dumpster (drive to), empty fire place... AND you still have to pay $120 cleaning fee. I definitely think the cleaning fee should be lowered since we did all the cleaning besides washing the laundry.
Overall, it's a cute small cabin and I would only stay here again if it weren't so expensive or they didn't add so many fees on top.
