"The front desk girl was terrible, absolutely no customer service from her, didn’t tell us where the breakfast would be , just had the I don’t care attitude, our room stunk so bad, and was not clean, I’m pretty sure they didn’t change the blankets, we felt like we were in a another world, we went to the comfort in in Cochran Ontario, and it was so great, staff, cleanliness and all thinking we would get the same service, but we were truly supposed to how terrible it was, it was way to over priced, I would not recommend anyone to stay there"

"No internal restaurant, felt I paid a price for this accommodation, above that our room looked like it was in the process nof renovations there were pact work spots all over needing to be completed, the bed frame looked broken and then painted over , it was a tad disappointing rather than the one chair in our room a small bistro set where you could sit and look at the view may have been better, the chair it perfect eyeliner for the window frame so when sitting. In the.chair you can't see anything outside... The staff were absolutely accommodating, I could have brought this to attention I just felt like it was beyond their control, I didn't feel the price matched the experience provided but the room was clean and bright ultimately did the job "

"My review is similar to many here. The property is in the midst of a renovation. The rooms they rent are all completely renovated, clean and comfortable. But as yet, there is no elevator. My room was on the 3rd floor. The hallways were clear, but it’s clearly a construction zone. The parking was secure, but a bit unconventional. Your key card unlocks the door, then you have to slide it open, drive in, and close it behind you. But it was nice to have my car warm and secure. "

"Rooms were great. Attention to detail was above and beyond (ground coffee, instant, pods and tea available, with various sweeteners and cream/coffeemate). Great for that first cuppa in the morning. Really appreciated the oatmeal too! Nicole was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!!!!"

"A cute little cabin nestled away in the woods. Need to be agile to stay here (for the walk in, the walk down to the dock, and the climb up to the bed). It was a great little getaway, but a little overvalued in my opinion."
