Independent Big Pine Key hotels

"My 1st time in the Keys. And this hotel did not disappoint!!! Suzy at the front desk is AMAZING!!! She answered all our questions as well as gave us the lay of the land from where to eat and what to explore. If I could give this hotel 100 stars I would!!! The property is pristine and very well kept. The main pool has a tiki bar and the bartender is amazing and a wealth of knowledge of Marathon and the Keys. Every employee we interacted with was always very friendly! Views are awesome here as well. The location is centralized to everything and anything you could wanna eat, explore and see. Sparky’s is a cool spot to hang out. The food was very good. It is more of a local hang out but I didn’t mind. I cannot say enough about our trip here!! I cannot wait to come back and I will only stay here when I do. You’re treated very well and like family!!! Thank you so much! "

"It was so quiet, serene and peaceful. The pools were warm. The swimming beach was groomed every morning & beautifully maintained. The service and food at the tiki bar were excellent. Otis at the front desk was awesome from the moment we arrived. Zero complaints and will definitely return!"
