The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This is a minimum 28-day rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 12 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. Well-behaved dog permitted with manager's approval and payment of nonrefundable $250 fee. No smoking. There's a cap on electricity ($300) and water/sewer ($200). Pool heat available upon request for an additional charge.
