「My family loved our stay in Big Sky! The condo was large enough for our group of 8 to spread out and relax after a full day on the slopes. The spa was thoroughly enjoyed. Location is perfect. 「This condo was in a great area - walkable to the main base. The adults loved the skiing, and we made a fire a couple of nights in the fire place, which was the perfect end to the day. Everything you need in the kitchen, including a small crockpot! Our friends said that the queen beds in the bunks were a little uncomfortable due to the slatting underneath but their kids loved the bunks and slept well. 「Chris was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. My friend and I rented the condo for a week, while attending an event. I was injured, so unable to ski, but the fitness room, sauna, and pool were plenty for me to fill my time until the groups came off the hill. It does get a bit hot up in the loft bedroom, so we turned down the heat each night. That seemed to help quite a bit. All in all, a great stay and we would come back.」

"对于滑雪的人，这个酒店地理位置是最好的。但是不满意的是，酒店明明有两层的停车位，却不让住宿的客人停车，客人必须把车停在很远的地方，要走路十分钟再回到酒店。你可以使用Valet 停车，但你需要为此多付$35/天，但事实上，Valet的停车场就在酒店的停车场！即使是在淡季，没有什么客人了，到处都是空的停车位，他们也不会让你停车，你必须停在最远的停车场！我们住了三天，每天$1000 ，居然没有room service，我们专门请求room service，可是还是没有，他们只是送过来一些毛巾而已。我们打电话想要order foods，可是没人接电话，打了很多遍，也没人接电话。最后，晚上出门一定要小心，因为有狼，就在门口溜达，每天晚上。"
