“Absolutely stunning place to stay. Our bedroom view was of the whole of Gordon’s bay. Superbly comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was a feast with perfectly poached eggs, sides, avocado, croissants, etc! Ate way too much!!! Add to that just how wonderfully welcoming and attentive our hosts were. More than that, they also gave excellent advice on our planned excursions. They love this area and want you to love it too! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. ”

“The room itself was lovely. small suite 2 Bedrooms Lovely spot and staff OK No chair in large double room All 3 wardrobe doors sqeaked badly. Reported 4 times over 2 night stay not fixed. Bedside light in both rooms not working. Fixed after 2 requests, then not bright enaough Electric plug socket fouled by top of desk unit in double bed room Toilet paper holder by washbasin instead of by toilet. No "do not disturb" sign despite many requests. Good Nespresso machine, but mug too tall to……

“The place changed owners very recently. Still needs some touch up on small things but the manager was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and the view spectacular.”

“I stayed here for 7 nights and paid for an AC room, but the AC was not working from the second night. The room was extremely hot and suffocating, and the fan was ineffective. We could not sleep properly for multiple nights. What is unacceptable is that this was never informed to us in advance. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any compensation or solution, the host and his wife tried to convince us that AC was not required. After we complained, their behavior became rude and……

“The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even……

“Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. ”
