110-meter floor in noble house protected as a historical monument of the Villa de Bilbao in the area of ​​Abando, with spacious and very bright spaces by natural light completely outside with unobstructed views, consists of entrance hall and wide hall distributor, living room with 2 single sofa beds of 90, very spacious master bedroom with 1,80x2 bed with large windows and gazebo access, spacious room with two beds of 90, large equipped kitchen with seating area, a bathroom with toilet + sink and another with large shower + sink. Individual heating with wrought iron radiators, air conditioning and fire extinguisher.
Located in the center of the town a few meters from the main artery Gran Vía, next to the Campos Theater, Correos Building, Municipal Library, Abando Central Station and Metro, Azcuna Center and Indautxu shopping area.
The area has several supermarkets, Zara Central, Corte Ingles, Fnac and environment areas with bars and terraces.

We stayed 3 nights in this gorgeous apartment. The owners met us on arrival and departure and could not have been nicer or more helpful. The apartment is close to the main streets of Bilbao and a parking garage is around the corner.

Fantastic apartment! Great managers! Great location!

First a thanks to Beatriz and Luiz. Their fast and thorough communication prior to the visit was only bettered by their greeting. We got a ton of information on the area and felt like we were speaking to the tourism Comittee with all the detail we recieved. Just outstanding. Helped us a lot in feeling immediately comfortable in the neighborhood. Tha apartment is spacious, beautiful, well appointed and the beds are super comfortable. We felt right at home. 5 star. The location is all you could ask for. 15 minutes or less from Casco viejo, the Guggenheim, the funicular (don’t miss this- the view of the city is inspiring), and more. We also did a few day trips and there was a very close, easily accessible parking structure at the instituto. In all, we were very pleased and sad to leave. Our family of 4 will certainly return and definitely to the apartment of B&L. Thank you!!

Beatriz and Luis were great hosts. They met us promptly even though we arrived late. They shared great restaurant recommendations and clued us in on key places of interest in Bilbao. The apartment was comfortable clean and everything worked well. The location was perfect.
