"I saw a roach in the bathroom. Toilet paper missing in bathroom. Pillows have stains. The pillow cases are clean though."

"Inconvenience of claiming flights of stairs daily. Needed several repairs during a 1 month stay. Needed auxillary power several times. Staff was friendly and helpful."
