Billings Hampton Inn

We selected Hampton Inn & Suites Billings West 1-90 because it is close to the shopping we like. As this was our first time at this location, we were pleasantly surprised with the room and the amenities. The hotel breakfast was much better than other hotels.

This is such a comfortable and clean place. Staff is always so welcoming and pleasant to interact with! I enjoyed staying here during my trip out to Glacier and on my way home! I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Glacier National Park!! Thanks!

It was a great place to stay. The only negatives was the pool was ice cold and housekeeping knocking on our door first thing in the morning to see if we had checked out. Other than that great experience. Also getting udis muffins and bagels for people with gluten allergy would be a plus.

Some good, some not so good.

Check-in was a bit chaotic because a new persons was being trained and was left at the counter by himself for about 10 minutes. He struggled with the reservation ahead of me, but when the trainer came back things started to move more quickly. We had been driving for 7 hours, so my wife really wanted to enjoy the hot tub but when we went to take a look in the pool area the hot tub was empty, appeared to be out of service. Beds were ok, breakfast in the morning was great.

Quick trip

Everything was perfect. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. much appreciated. My only complaint is the $50 charge for my very small non shedding dog for 1 night if we stayed more nights it would be fine but for 1 night seems expensive. other than that our stay was great.

The hotel is going through rennovations its extremely unattractive the walls of the hallway were ripprd out, everything is so old that makes it uncomfortable to stay there. They should close the hotel instead of having the public exposed tonsuch conditions. The lobby smells mold and dark and old. I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the hotel

Checking in was not as smooth as experienced at other hotels on our trip. The person at the desk was confused because we had used Expedia to book and pay for our stay which resulted in a charge on an inactive credit card. It all seems to have worked out, but it was a disappointing start to our stay in Billings.
