"Room was good size, The shower in a spa bath didn't approve of as the floor in the spa bath is uneven and slippery. Tried to contact to see if we could get in earlier 2.00pm was told that I would get text message when room was available. So we decided to go to scenic world, right on 3.00pm while in Scenic World get the text to say room ready. Then get a message later to say that the reception closes at 5.00pm and what time we were arriving. Arrive was rushed though checking so the staff could leave."

"Catering staff were not well trained we had to wait over an hour for a toasted sandwich in their cafe, house has hit and miss with no bath at had to ask reception. Other guests in our group only had one cup in the room etc"

"Disappointed having to drag luggage up the external stairs - nice to have access to elevator inside whicwas out of order by checkout next morning. Staff on hand to help carry luggage out though. Room super cosy and heating in separate bathroom area was a surprise, loved the decor. Handy to everything in town. Thank you"

"We had a wonderful 2-day stay at this house. Everything was exactly as described, and the house was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was great, and the overall experience was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and welcoming place. We would definitely love to stay here again!"
