From the moment we arrived (late, mind you), the lights were on for us so we didn't have to navigate in the dark - we were struck by how thoughtfully styled and welcoming the space was.Bingil Bay has a much quieter, tranquil atmosphere compared to down the road at Mission Beach, which was exactly what we needed.Viv and Mick have clearly put so much care into creating a wonderful guest experience. “Self-service check-in, the room is large and has all the facilities. The only thing is the wifi connection is not stable. Still worth recommending.”

“Kerry was great. Check in simple and quick. Parking space and a nice quiet spot close to the beach. Food options are a drive but nothing too drastic. It’s a great spot to visit and the lush greenery around the cabins is really nice.”

“Rochelle and Ian are thoughtful hosts who provide a lovely home away from home experience for travellers. The cabin is cozy but has everything you need for a comfortable place to relax and enjoy. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and evening. The garden is beautiful and fully fenced which helped us to relax as our dog was safe and had a great space to wander around and explore. Rochelle is a dog whisperer and won over our very selective dog. Kurramine beach was a quick trip and Mission……

“We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the “Gecko”. We were so happy to be able to bring our Cavoodle with us for our short stay & he was well catered for. Each of the cottages are fully fenced which makes it easy for pets to play outside. The cottage was very comfortable & fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was fabulous with the beach just across the road. Highly recommend Cassawong Cottages.”
