「Don’t hesitate - the great reviews are accurate. This is an amazing villa. Rosalia and Alex are fabulous hosts, who were really communicate before and during our stay. The location is perfect - excellent sea views, close to the beach and some great restaurants (6 minute walk.) Don’t miss the local bakery, a fab spot for lunch!We enjoyed every minute and will definitely return in the future. We can’t wait」

「So many problems with this property we have passed on the feedback to Homerti the property managers but haven't had much of a response. 1. No hot water when we arrived. A technician came and "fixed" it however one of the bathrooms still had not hot water and was not fixed until our last full day there. So two of us were having cold water showers. 2. 「Pros: The location of the house was truly excellent, just 5 minutes from the cove of Binibeca and 20 minutes from Mahon. Even the farthest point on the island was reachable within an hour at most.
