"The villa could be a treasure for its place, its pool and conception. However we had many issues in it. Keylocker gave us keys with one key broken in the door. Then the swimming pool was not clean and even if we talked with homerti immediately about it we needed to wait 5 days to have it cleaned. A shame when the rent is only for 7 days. Homerti only make the motors run for 8h per day which is not enough for a pool during august! And no refund proposed by them!"

He gave us a tour of the house and showed us how everything worked, as well as giving us tips about things to do in Mallorca. The house itself was wonderful. "We felt like we got lucky with this hotel. We did take a junior suite which was extremely spacious and more than suited our needs for the holiday. It’s fabulous how you can turn one way and walk into a choice of pools and yet turn another and you can swim right into the sea. We were there outside of school term holidays so I can’t talk for what the hotel is like when children are there but we found it extremely peaceful and well appointed – one observation however is that there are no USB charging points which wasn’t a problem as we had plugs with us, but it’s something he would expect from a four star hotel. Location was absolutely fabulous with wonderful bars and restaurants within easy walking distance plus the bus stop outside leads straight into Palma within 35 minutes."

The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the location makes all the main attractions, whether sightseeing, shopping or eating out, all with a short walk. "We had a very nice stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was also a great experience, with a wide variety of options, so I think everyone can find something they enjoy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!"

"Serena de Muro is a beautiful, brand-new hotel in a gorgeous location. Everything feels fresh, modern, clean, thoughtfully designed, and the property itself is truly stunning. It has a lot of potential to become an exceptional hotel. There are a few areas where the experience could be improved, particularly when it comes to service. At breakfast, it was often very difficult to get anyone’s attention when we needed assistance. More attentive and proactive service would make a big difference, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, but it would be wonderful to have better poolside service, particularly for ordering drinks while relaxing on the lounge chairs. The pool itself was also extremely cold. I’m not sure why it isn’t heated, but adding some heat would make the pool much more enjoyable. For dinner, it would also be a nice touch if water was included with the meal rather than being an additional charge. This is a small detail but including water with dinner would feel more in line with the level of the hotel and dining experience. The food was exceptional with a wonderful variety of food. Everything was delicious and really enjoyed breakfast and dinner. One thing I would definitely encourage the hotel to expand is the activities offered throughout the day. The morning yoga class was exceptional and was one of the highlights of the stay. Adding a few more activities like this throughout the day — wellness classes, fitness, or ot"

"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."
