Bei Sander-Touristik würden wir sofort wieder buchen, da unser Anliegen kompetent behandelt wurde. Allerdings war das spezielle Objekt (Wihnung in Villa Sirene) schlecht gepflegt. Tür schleift über Boden, Rauchmelder nicht gewartet, Bad-Lüfter zu laut und nicht steuerbar, Spinnweben an der Heizung. Glastür zwischen Schlafraum und Bad = keine Intimsphäre.

Die Wohnung ist in einem Haus der Bäderarchitektur in erster Strandlage, mit atemberaubendem Blick-Balkon für alle Bewohner. 2 Zimmer, klein aber funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, neu, superschönes Bad. Das einzige Manko ist dass die Wohnung nach hinten zu den Garagen und Autostellplätzen schaut, auf der anderen Seite zum Hotel Nixe so dass die Shades quasi den ganzen Tag unten sind und die Fenster meist zu bleiben. Sonst wären das glatt 5 Sterne! Wem das nichts ausmacht, der hat eine Topadresse in Binz. Ich persönlich finde die Wohnung zu teuer, 10 EUR weniger pNacht fände ich angemessen. Dann wäre auch die 5-Sterne Bewertung gerechtfertigt.
