Cabin Rentals in Bío Bío Province

"Reserve una cabaña familiar de 8 personas y al llegar al sitio me dicen que tengo asignada solo una habitación para 6 personas. Ni la señora encargada de las cabañas, ni expedía, ni yo pudimos contactarnos con la dueña. Muy irresponsable de su parte. Nos vimos obligado a buscar una cabaña en temporada alta, gracias a Dios encontramos y pudimos mejorar el fin de semana. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. "Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. No towels you have to rent them per day and nowhere did it say on the booking that you had to pay for them. It’s a real shame as it has lots of potential but poorly kept and not very well managed. With has issues with gas not working and power going out only at our property for over 6 hours. The only saving grace is that the wood heater worked really well and there was enough wood to use. "
