“Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. Note: the room was reserved and payed a year in advance and the confirmation had been sent to……

“Excelente lugar para pasar unos días den Monterrico, muy buena comida, ubicación y atención en el restaurante. El único detalle que el servicio de WiFi es muy muy débil y en las habitaciones que quedan en el 2do piso que se supone son mas amplias, y mas costosas NO siempre llega la señal, al reportarlo el comentario fue: "si a veces ahí no llega la señal baja al restaurante para usarlo" :( lo que me hace pensar que es frecuente ese problema, sugiero mejorar eso.”
