Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person. Hotel admitted it was a mistake on Expedia however did not honour entry and said that "the spa is also not advertised as being ...

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly ,was in a good location for the train station and football stadium. But is beside a busy main road so expect noise from traffic
