"Stayed at Genting Hotel for 1 night as was visiting Birmingham for friend's wedding, and my husband and I had an incredible time! The room was lovely, spacious with a really comfortable bed and ESPA toiletries, the spa was also a lovely treat in the morning, but the highlight had to be the staff! Especially Tamzin, I called reception late at night as I had been caught out (if you know what I mean), and she came up to my room with a little goodie bag full of feminine hygiene products, as well as some chocolates as a treat! The care and attention was just so sweet and really set this hotel apart. "
