Local lake a few minutes walking from accommodation was fantastic, water is save to swim & shallow & warm. The area is so quiet. Two fridges in kitchen if required."

"Mein Mann und ich haben eine Woche Aufenthalt an diesem ruhigen Ort genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse und wir hatten total unsere Ruhe. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und gemütlich ganz besonders haben wir den Kamin und die Tischtennis Platte sowie die zahlreichen Terrassen genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Françoise-Marie empfangen obwohl wir erst um 22 Uhr am Haus ankamen. Der Wein und die selbstgemachte Marmelade waren köstlich! Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt...

"The House is beautiful decorated, spacy, and very well equiped. We stayed for 2 Weeks with Friends and we enjoyed every minute. It was easy to communicate with the Owner Mathieu and Sophie, and thanks to the housekeeper Marika for all support during our stay. For sure, we will come back."

"Lovely house, had everything we could think of. The poolfilter did not work properly so the pool was a bit dirty. This got fixed asap by the owner. Highly recommend staying here for a week+."

"Biscarosse is a nice place to be. With many restaurants in the neighbourhood. You can walk, rent a bike nearby for cycling in the dunes. A perfect place for driving to other places like Pyla sur Mer. "

"Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut aufgeteilt in Wohn-/Essbereich und 2 Schlafzimmer im Dach + Parkplatz. Die Lage war sehr gut: strandnah, zentrumsnah, Balkon mit Südlage (Sonne den ganzen Tag über auf dieser Seite des Appartementkomplexes). Leider liegt das Appartement im Wohnblock "E" genau gegenüber einer Diskothek, die jede Nacht bis in die Morgenstunden geöffnet hat. Vorallem die tiefen Töne/Bässe durchdringen die Wohneinheit; direkt an der Straße kommen noch die Stimmen der Besucher hinzu."

Magnificent wooden Villa Golf Biscarrosse with swimming pool

Great Villa

"The booking process and communications with the owner were great. There were a couple of issues with discrepancies in English and French listings in that the English listing did mot mention the €250 fee for bed linen and towels and €100 for cleaning. We paid it and all was ok. Marika was waiting for us when we arrived despite being an hour late. The villa was comfortable and adequately equipped although the Smeg coffee machine is no longer there. There are no WCs in the bedroom en-suites which was strange only two wcs for 12 people.Some of the fixtures are a bit tired in particular the WC seat in the entrance is badly damaged and the vanity cupboard door is shabby. The pool is great. One of our concerns was the steps leading to the entrance. These are tiled and the steps are almost invisible on the way down. We had a couple of near misses so stuck some yellow tape on the edges. Notwithstanding we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others, just needs a little TLC."

Peaceful Family Property

"The location is quiet and relaxing, great for families to get together. Plenty of games and the pool to keep everyone happy. Outdoor cooking area is a good compromise since open BBQs became banned in the area. House is a lovely space, well equipped for large groups and lovingly decorated. Lake wasn’t walkable for us - two 70 year olds with us- but the car got us there in 5 mins. Just be aware the electrics tend to trip out when it rains or when you use a particular combination of appliances. There are also no fans. "
