"We were placed in a room that is not fully ready to be occupied because of the property was being remodeled/construction. We were on the 3rd floor where construction was being performed. The tv had issues with streaming. Since we were unpacked, we decided to skip the Tv repair and not watch Tv. On the second night, the heating system failed and did not provide heat in the evening. The next morning I spoke with the Front office mgr. Ali about our negative experience and Ali agreed that the property should not be opened during major construction or should not have guests staying on the 3rd floor where the construction was being performed. Ali pointed the finger at the ownership for keeping the property open during construction. Ali offered to issue some kind of credit but stopped short when he said we ordered our room through Expedia a third party company and that he couldn’t issue any credit. Ali offered a 50% discount for a revisit knowing very well that we would not return to the property. I know Ali has the authority to issue a refund because he is the manager in charge. Because of Ali being unethical, I would not stay at a property where guests are not treated professionally. "

"This was a perfect place for our family. The kids loved all the games. We thought we would be able to park the boat in the garage after reading reviews but the garage was set up as a man cave/kids play area. Other than that this place had everything we needed and was overstocked with spices, coffee, and everything needed! Loved the layout of the main house. "

"Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels. Good communication with host. Very close to Antelope Canyon and the Colarado River horseshoe bend. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also close to Walmart."
