"We stayed two nights at the apartment and although the location and space was nice, we were disappointed by the way it was maintained. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom, the floors were sticky and the furniture was basic and uncomfortable. We were also required to provide our credit card details to a third party service for the holding deposit which was not clear in the description and unusual.
Hopefully these issues can be addressed as it was otherwise a nice apartment."

"Really liked the apartment. Very spacious and nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings. But the process of getting the keys which were on another street in another building that had a really creepy dark storage room with lockboxes that were hard to access and poorly lit… that was not a great way to start my visit. And then the instructions to access the unit were almost as bad. It wasn’t clear that there were two buildings that were connected and that required one elevator to one floor then...
