Idyllisch und ruhig gelegen, direkt unterhalb der Kirche (uns haben die Kirchenglocken tatsächlich überhaupt nicht gestört), ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus (z.B. zum Uffington Horse) oder in den Cotswalds (wobei man Bourton-on-the-Water am Wochenende besser meiden sollte.). Das Cottage wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der……

“We had a great stay in this beautiful barn conversion. The location is gorgeous and super convenient to the M4. House is tastefully decorated with great spaces, wonderful light & a big garden/patio as well. We were glad to find a place that had plenty of room and appropriate beds for 8 adults. We would definitely stay again.”

In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! “Lovely cottage, really helpful host before and during stay. Facilities very good. Stairs are small & steep. Can’t wait to return, excellent location & lots to-see in the local area. ”

“Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable.”
