「Room was spotless, staff on my floor was excellent.Weda nickname and her staff I was in room 2012 for 4 stays went over and above to make sure I was taken care of. Also the staff at lobby desk went over and above to make sure I could keep same room all 4 nights. Paid for 2 nights, because of flooding in california my guests could not fly into denver because of delays and cancellations. 「Was not able to make it to the location due to ice on roads leading up to the nest. Unfortunately nothing was mentioned when booking the location that you needed snow chains to access the location. Our truck slid backwards on black ice in 4x4 and ended not being able to make it. We called the nest and they said they would be more than willing to refund but to contact Expedia to get it. 「Room was great, everything worked perfectly, nice location. Choose room 13. Best room IMO. The staff had great customer service.
-Hot tub is for the one Executive Suite which booked before I had a chance to get it,
but was unclear about the hot tub being for exclusive use only. The sauna is available for guests though.
The lady in the office was very kind and went above and beyond for breakfast and with service.

「This B&B was beautiful, a gem set in the emerald woods up in the mountains outside Denver. Patrick met us upon check-in to show us our room. We had the French Room in the East Wing, which is accessed through an upper terrace so you'll have to dress for the outdoors to have breakfast, which, ironically, was the only thing that detracted from the whole experience. The food, when it came, was excellent, but we waited a long time and actually felt ignored while the next table was being served...
