“The cabin is beautiful! Lots of space for our group of 16. I had to wipe down the kitchen counter when I got there because there was something sticky splattered across it...and all over the handles of the knives in the knife block. The shower curtain waa very moldy in the downstairs bathroom, and it hadn't been swept. The dishwasher smelled so moldy we didn't use it. I met the owner because she came to fix the A/C, and she was so kind. Her cleaners aren't doing right by her.An address sign right……

“This is 20 minutes minimum from Asheville, so a car is needed. It’s a converted large home, so it has rustic charm. Easy walk into downtown Black Mountain, as well as access to highway 40. Great if you want to do hiking, make some meals and do Asheville.”

“This was a truly excellent stay, It is truly 4 mins or less to downtown Black Mountain. But also was just a great spot with a beautiful view of the mountains. And it was quiet even when others were staying in adjacent rooms. ”

“Host communicated well, good location. Kitchen and bathroom functional. Additional seating as in a loveseat or couch would have helped, bed was not as comfortable as we had wished. Property could use some upgrades.”
