"Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted. Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team. Big thank you to all the staff especially the kitchen staff the food was great. Great location on the beautiful beach short walk to the busy bars and restaurants would definitely recommend and return."

"We were lucky to be upgraded to a larger suite and loved the terrace with a view overlooking the park and the sea. The room was spacious and well appointed, with a very large and modern bathroom, comfortable bed and very central location. The staff were super nice and helpful and available at the front desk 24/7. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Varna who wants the boutique hotel experience. Extra thanks to the driver who picked us up and dropped us at the airport, we appreciated his kind service and knowledge of the area."

"This hotel is the absolute best! The rooms are spacious and clean, employees are wonderful and the food plentiful and delicious! Deniz, the front desk employee honored an early check in and was very welcoming. We truly appreciated the early check in, sincere hospitality and well spoken English by Deniz..The housekeeping does a great job with keeping the rooms spotlessly clean and always greeted us with a smile. The restaurant serves delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner. Chefs should be commended for preparing lots of different varieties of delicious food! The hotel added a Kosher section, which is great for those following a Kosher diet. The food and beverage manager Orhan always acknowledged us at the entrance to the restaurant and had great communication skills and spoke great English! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!"

"Firstly, most importantly Kseniya the lady in the hotel everyday treated all guests with a friendly and helpful manner. I’ve travelled a lot and most staff have been ok. This place I would give 10 stars for the service and how they treated guests. Which far more important than anything else. Next the location is brilliant . WiFi is brilliant. Breakfast they catered to what I wanted which was amazing and made fresh in the morning. The taxi’s are a rip off here. Just ask hotel staff to find an alternative as they were much cheaper. I paid 50 Euro from airport but the lady found one for 30 Euro going back You can get a bus which is around the corner which is only 40mins and 4euros . I found that out later, which I could have used as I’m a light back packer. . Solo traveller and felt safe no hassle around at all and went out in the evenings."

"Loved the very well maintained gardens, pools and alleys. Also tye descrnt tonthe beach via lift. The apartment was quite airy and it wasnt too warm at all without us needing to turn on the airco. Could have been nice to have some coffee dispensers around the complex."
