"The hotel was good, breakfast was good, checkout was good, the front desk check in was not. The check in clerk had a bad attitude was disrespectful, impatient, charged an extra $100 on my visa at check in and acted frustrated having to explain the overcharge. At 4:30pm she told me she had given our reserved room away and it went south from there. Everything about the hotel was good except for the front desk check in. Oh and the WiFi was a lame, having to rejoin frequently and forced to watch the same ad video."

"This hotel is centrally located to all the places most people would want to go to plus there are several good restaurants in the area and ii is only minutes from downtown. The staff were all pleasant and helpful."

"Our room was not cleaned well. We could see footprints on the floor when we walked in and splash marks still on the mirror. Water in the shower did not go down the drain because it was clogged so I ended up standing in water while I showered. "

"Hotel was affordable, rooms were clean, bed was comfy. Shower was great; got hot fast, great pressure and drained quickly. A/C worked great. Check-in was fast and easy. Plenty of dining options around. Breakfast was great as well. Had plenty of options, hot and cold. Also used pool and hot tub. Had a two night stay and would definitely stay again. Check-in lady was quick, and helpful and gave me a room that was close to the pool as well! George Manolis"

"I was so pleasently surprised. Upon opening the door to the room the first thing I noticed was the vacuum cleaner tracks on the carpet. Everything was so much cleaner than I'm used to when staying in hotels. Not a single hair on/in the tub/sink or the tiles, walls or floors. I am looking forward to my next visit."
