Always a nice stay here, a quite area on the promenade, but only a few mins from the hustle and bustle. Great live entertainment every night. Stayed here about 6 times now, an ideal place for your holiday base.

Room was clean, tidy and practacle if somewhat dated. However for the price it was fine. Breakfast was good old fry up! Plenty of choice and very edible. Overall, good value for a basic bed and breakfast hotel.

Overall a good stay; great location, fantastic staff, great entertainment, ok food. Down sides - beds not the most comfortable, one of our creaked with ever slight movement; shower cubicle too small for shower fitting - needs to be double the size for a rainfall shower particularly with the types of tap fittings; corridors/bedrooms need a lick of paint; breakfast could do with more choices - little/no fresh fruit, no pastries/pancakes/crumpets, coffee machine & juice machine very muddled up!
