I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the paper. Water pressure is not high enough. Shower Water is not warm enough. Door cannot lock automatically after you close the door. Lotion in washroom look like mixed with water. No matter it can improve or not. They try their best.
The breakfast is good! Machine making pancake, fast, clean, fresh. And also my fast time to see cooked Quaker oatmeal. I like it. Much better than the instant one. Appreciated for all your effort. We are very happy to stay here and will come back again. "
