"Great staff! Pretty clean considering and older Texas hotel. Most Texas hotels that are older show wear and tear and humid weather takes a toll on the overall hotel rooms. To access AC/heat unit you have to climb up on to a fabric sitting chair to activate any of the controls. (Would be a challenge for some individuals with limitations or elderly) Thunderstorm came through and our shower/bath tub backup with water containing black gritty debris. Overall… room was clean. We would stay again. "

"Very quiet and relaxing. Everything we needed was there. Especially loved the hot tub- it helped my husband’s bad back so much. Bed was very comfy. The only thing I would suggest is directions on how to use the tub (if it can be used). Could only figure out the shower. Also not much hot water for 2 people to shower. And maybe directions for the split unit remote. I knew how to use it because I have one at work- but it can be confusing.Would definitely stay again! Thanks!"
