“This apartment was perfect for our last minute trip to Delaware to visit family. Communication was excellent and the place was spotless. My husband’s only complaint had to do with channel availability on the TV, but with the provided WiFi, I got him set up on his device. We arrived at night, so it was a little difficult to locate just because it was dark. Overall, we really liked the place and have it saved for our next Delaware visit. ”

“Rather than staying at a noisy hotel, we opted to go with the VRBO while at a lax tourney at the DE turf. The house is located in a quiet area. We ventured into surrounding towns for local restaurants and shopping. (It does take 12-15 min to get anywhere). The accommodations were comfortable and my daughter and I had our own sleeping areas. ”

“When we pulled into the property to check in, the trash container outside the garage was overflowing with trash bags. Not a great greeting. By the end of the day, it became fly infested and the bags were broken into and garbage was on the driveway for the rest of the trip. The rugs in the bathrooms were dirty and still wet from the previous stay. We had to wash them. It was very difficult to get hot water in the showers and the 2nd floor tub drain was not draining properly so we ended up……
