  • Situated in a secluded spot located on peaceful farmland, this fresh and spacious farmhouse offers welcoming holiday accommodation for up to eight guests seeking a tranquil base for a well-earned break. Offering four cosy bedrooms, the stylishly updated property has been beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated throughout to make a fabulous backdrop for a relaxing stay. Ideal for larger families and groups of friends keen to explore the magical countryside of Angus, Perthshire and the Cairngorms, this charming retreat enjoys a secluded location, surrounded by idyllic fields. Featuring a pair of roaring wood burners, a light-filled conservatory, a lovely lounge and a cosy additional snug, this gorgeous property is perfect for family reunions or for walkers, hikers and nature lovers eager to experience an unforgettable corner of the central Scottish landscape.

    Stepping inside this welcoming holiday getaway, the cloakroom/utility space has plenty of storage space for hiking boots, coats and outdoor gear. This leads through to the heart of the property, the spacious country-style kitchen/diner. At the centre, the extendable farmhouse-style dining table is perfect for hosting up to 12 guests enjoying a reunion or special meal together. The kitchen is beautifully equipped and thoughtfully organised with plenty of workspace. Exploring the ground floor further, there are three social spaces for you all to unwind in. The main formal lounge has sumptuous seating and a lovely wood burner; the cheery snug has a Sky Glass TV; and the breezy conservatory offers serene views across the garden. The ground floor also features a handy shower room and the first of the property's four bright and inviting bedrooms: a delightful super-king-size room with the added bonus of its own wood burner. Heading upstairs, you will find three more light and inviting, beautifully styled bedrooms. The first is a cheerful super-king-size room, followed by a lovely king-size room and finally a sweet twin with skylights in the low sloping ceilings. The first floor also offers two refreshing bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with both a bath and a separate walk-in shower.

    From the conservatory, a couple of steps lead down into the generous garden with a large sloping lawn and glorious views across the surrounding farmland towards the magical countryside beyond. There's also plenty of outdoor furniture so you can enjoy a BBQ together or a wee dram in the evening after a great day exploring. Private parking is available for four cars.
