「We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken.
We had two main issues:
Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. The owner later revealed a previous guest broke it, and they were unable to fix it. However, they failed to warn us in advance so we could make other laundry...

「We came to do some bird watching and go to Great Sand Dunes National Park. There were several nesting sparrow species in the yard and the Park was great. It had great views and was clean inside. Could use a little clen up outside, but we live on a ranch and understand.」

「This was a last minute booking but everything went smoothly. We booked one of the tents and had to open it to clear out the canvas smell from being shut up all day but the smell cleared out fast. The only thing I would have requested was to be closer to the shared bathrooms. We were as far away as you could get. Bathroom were clean. Hosts were wonderful. S'mores by the campfire in the evening - what's not to like!」

「I’ve now stayed at this house at least 5 different times and through every season of the year. The house is very spacious and cozy. The back porch is a great spot to have meals or to just sit. It’s incredibly close to hiking trails, horse riding, restaurants, and the ski resort. And it’s a quick drive over to La Veta. The house is always incredibly clean, has a great selection of board games, book, cds, vhs, and dvds. It has plenty of bedrooms, a very comfy living room, and plenty of everything...
