「We stayed 12 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday, the place was nice but we had several problems. The thermostat was locked out needing a pin to change settings. We messaged the host first night and he unlocked it for a few hours then it was locked out again. We messaged him the next day but never heard back till our last night. The temperature in Marble Falls went from the 70’s to low 50’s and we couldn’t change the thermostat. So 10 days/nights without being able to control the temperature...

「The Villa was very comfortable and well-equiped. The bed and sheets were very nice and soft. The property was very peaceful and quiet. We were able to have management heat the pool and jacuzzi for us during our stay. Anyone looking for a quiet retreat that is only 5 miles from the restaurants and shops at Bee Cave. 」

「So the most important reason to book this house was a game room for us. It was a family picnic to relax and in pictures we saw a game room with pool and pink ponk table and we booked it. On arrival we figure out there was no pool sticks and no pink ponk paddles. We contact them and they said they ordered it and it will arrive in 4 days so this was very upsetting for all of us and because of this we were unable to utilize the game room. On the same night we found one living Scorpio near kitchen...
