- Nestled amongst a small operational vineyard just 7 minutes from town in the lower Wairau region lies this unique 2 bedroom home. What makes this property unique is the English barn style look and quality of the build, built by your host. Located near by is the local rowing club with a small boat ramp convenient for water skiing, jet skiing and kayaking. The beautiful town of Picton is a 25 minute drive away, the gateway to the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. Explore the local vineyards, restaurants, rivers, fishing and hunting.

The host was very helpful and the place was clean and tidy. The kitchen sink arrangement was a bit odd, nevertheless the views were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautiful home surrounded by vineyards, quiet, and an approximately 10 min. drive into town. Sandra was very helpful with us trying to get an alternate plan to get across to the north island when the ferry had cancelled. Spectacular views and wonderful hosts. You can’t go wrong!

Very clean and cutely decorated, beautiful views, darling kitchen, fragrant fresh flowers left for us, big bathroom, milk in the fridge, lovely gardens and deck. A bit out of town, so very quiet and we saw lots of stars. My first experience using a washer/dryer that was all in one unit.

Beautiful accomodation, both inside and out. The property is lovely, private and well maintained. Location to Blenheim, and surroundings, is perfect. Sandra made us feel very welcome and gave us plenty of helpful tips for the area, many of which we took and enjoyed. Would give 10 stars if possible.
