「We really enjoyed our room. Based on the listing, we were not certain what to expect but the one bedroom unit was very well setup. Pool view was unique/cool and kids loved it. On site restaurant was nice/convenient. Parking situation required a bit of navigation but staff was excellent. This was our first visit but we would stay again.」

「My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. 」

「We stayed here before leaving for a cruise. Due to late flights and lost luggage we were not able to enjoy the beach or pool. Booking through Expedia does not include beach access according to the passive aggressive note left in our room. The breakfast was serviceable, better than most hotel breakfast in the US but not nearly as nice as most European hotel breakfast. It was a pleasant stay though and we would visit again.」

「This was a great 1 night stop for us after our cruise. The rooms are very simple, but it is well kept and perfect for what we needed. The staff was great at helping us arrange transportation to/from port and airport.」

「This is an easy one. Hands-down one of my best stays in an B&B. The host was absolutely the nicest guy I’ve dealt with. So accommodating so helpful. Helped me with my luggage and was not just nice, he was human and kind. It’s only a five minute walk away from the shops and beach. Cute little coffee shop across the street where you can get your breakfast that’s included and might I add the coffee is delicious and so are the pastries! I definitely recommend! Perfect stay!」

「Tuve problemas en mi traslado e iba a llegar en la madrugada lo único que recibí fueron mensajes de un cobro de 30 o 60 euros por llegada tardía y como no iba a haber transporte 30 mas para recogerme en el puerto de CIVITAVECCHIA. Lo único que esperaba era un poco de empatía y que entendieran mi situación no que solo estuvieran hablando de cobros adicionales. 「The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo . It was just superb and we hope to be back again.」
