“Clean with friendly staff.”

“Rooms were clean and large. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Skip the restaurant. Half the menu is unavailable. The burger was small, poorly executed, and overpriced. Staff is good if you can find them. Front desk is unmanned, but there are numbers to call for check in. Overall good value for a night or two stay. There are places to eat close buy in town.”

“I stayed here for a graduation at MIU. I flew from New York to DSM International Airport and drove 2 hours to get there. The hotel was cleaner than what I thought. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and not bad at all. Room was very clean. I really can't complain about this place. I thought it was going to be worse but it wasn't. On the contrary, it was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it.”

“The room and property were clean but the staff was nowhere to be found unless in was time to check in or check out. I chose the hotel for the pool and it was out of order both nights I was there(Fri&Sat). There was one pop machine on the property and it didn't work either. I will not be staying at this hotel again.”

“comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!”

“We enjoyed the breakfasts. Staff were all friendly and kept the facility clean King bed was super comfy with a selection of pillows that were soft and medium.”

“The first room we were given, the ac did not work. After one hour of expecting the room to cool down, we asked to be moved to another room. The second room we were given was much better. The overall condition of the hotel was poor at best. We arrived late in the afternoon after driving all day and I was quietly walking my small dog in the hallway because it was too hot to walk outside. The Mananger of the hotel stopped me and told me I couldn’t walk in the hallway, hotel policy. I stopped and……

“Kitchen was fully equiped for cooking. Continental breakfast is not much but some drinks and sandwiches. ”

“Not the greatest hotel but not the worst. Perfect for staying a few nights, No smoke smell and clean. Great breakfast.”
