The floors and countertops were sticky. There were only 2 tiny bars of soap; no shampoo. The staff was friendly. The stairs were difficult to climb up/ down as there was only a thin railing on one side & the tread strips were coming apart. At least it was quiet & we were able to get a good night's sleep.

I request expedia to remove this motel from their listing, expedia have a very good reputation but listing motels like these will make your reputation worse, I've been traveling and booking hotel rooms via expedia from years now, never had such a worst experience.

Parking is easy. Air conditioning is weak, took 2 hours to cool down the room while outdoor temp is about 83F. Toilet is clean. Microwave and refrigerator were dirty and sticky. Shower has mold and loose paints. I do expect a old and outdated facility but wish it can be cleaner. I paid in full thru Expedia while reserving the room. But the boy insist me to pay $0.61 because Expedia under pay them. This is really new to me. I didn't want to argue for just $0.61 and paid it.

We were on the 2nd floor and there was not an elevator. And no accommodations were available to assist .As a senior citizen, it would have been good to know this ahead of time. This picture is very deceiving.. The beds seemed to be super singles instead of at least full size beds. There was no continental breakfast. There was coffee available from 6-9 am but the area was not inviting..The staff was friendly enough.

Never again! No comfortable chair in room, only one straight backed kitchen chair. No coffee in room, available only 6--9 am. Paint was peeling from the base of the shower, showing the under base, no way to be sure it was clean. Turn the light off...we are done!! Worst stop on a four-day trip!

Young lady at the desk at check out and in the morning was very friendly. Nice to talk to. Facility close to I-55. Well lit. Looks like freshly painted. Bright, not dreary like so many other facilities. Only issue was that the bathroom light came on EVERY TIME I walked into the room. Made for a horrible nights sleep as I never turn on bathroom lights during night bathroom trips as that has the effect of totally waking me up so I can't fall back to sleep afterwards.

Facility in poor condition, although freshly painted and with new vinyl flooring. Bed was clean and comfortable. The floors were dirty in the corners and around the baseboard. Convenient location. Well-lit parking lot.

The first room that I was assigned had a large dead bug in the middle of the bathroom floor and the shower stall floor had a large orange-red spot about 12" across that bled into the drain. The entire room was filthy. I was then given the room across the hall. I really should have just left and found another hotel. This bathroom was disgusting in every way. The shower stall was disintegrating and had literally piles of peeled off plastic just pushed into the corner. The laminate floor of the room was dirty and greasy like the tile floor of a busy fast food joint on a rainy day. My feet were actually sliding on it. The fridge was dead. The building door near my room had a broken latch so anyone could just open it from outside. There was actually a big sign on the front of the bulding that claimed, "Recently Renovated - Under New Management". What did they renovate? The office pencil sharpener? I can't believe that I actually stayed here overnight.
